Yes, dogs

What’s the strangest pet you’ve owned?
I really never owned any strange pets, but I did babysit a ferret once.

What do you do to relieve stress?
Bubble bath with lots of lit candles

Where on earth would you go if money were no object? Why?
Anywhere near the ocean. It soothes the soul.

Who is the person you most admire? Why?
Nelson Mandela. Do you have to ask?

Do you play golf? WHY NOT?
No.

How do you keep from getting tongue-tied on air?
I don’t and when I do I usually laugh at myself.

Why radio?
Why not. Seriously, I was discovered when I was in high school
(back when the dinosaurs roamed). I was told I was a natural, so I gave it a shot, and boy I’m glad I did. It’s so much fun.

How did you end up in Charlottesville?
I came here one summer to visit friends who were attending UVA.

What is your favorite thing about our lovely city?
The generosity of this great community and my favorite place, the downtown mall.

Do you have any favorite artists/songs?
There are too many to mention.

What job you would do if you weren’t lucky enough to be in radio?
A landscape artist.

Women are like tea bags, we never know how strong we are until we get in hot water.
