Consumer Reports is out with the most cost efficient cars to own and Brown Autos has a few of them.  Here’s the info:

The Toyota Prius Four tops a new Consumer Reports list of the best new car values.

The February 2013 issues of the magazine reports the Prius has a price tag of $26,750 and a cost 49 cents per mile to drive. Second place, is the base model of the Honda Fit, with a price tag of $16,915 and a cost per mile of 46 cents.

The Scion xD and the Scion xB were next, respectively.
