Bell’s Measures Dealing With Human Trafficking Have Advanced

The House of Delegates has passed two bills from Delegate Rob Bell that address human trafficking. The first would place  those convicted of soliciting an underage prostitute to be placed on the sex offender registry. Bell (pictured) also authored a measure that would allow prosecutors to go after the profits of human traffickers.
