Governor McAuliffe has appointed two former members of the General Assembly to state boards. Former State Senator Henry Marsh of Richmond will join the Virginia ABC Board. Former Delegate Algie Howell is McAuliffe’s latest appointment to the State Parole Board. A spokesman for the Governor says Democrats Marsh and Howell will make more than $110,000 every year doing their new jobs. Each man abruptly resigned from the General Assembly less than a week ago.
