Former Delegate Algie Howell is McAuliffe’s latest appointment to the State Parole Board. A spokesman for the Governor says Democrats Marsh and Howell will make more than $110,000 every year doing their new jobs. Each man abruptly resigned from the General Assembly less than a week ago.
