How to improve traffic flow on Route 29 in Virginia. That’s the goal of a group formed by state transportation officials that will hold meetings over the next several weeks. The members are from everywhere up and down the 29 corridor. VDOT spokeswoman Tamara Rollison says they’ll talk about improvements within the existing route, and the proposed western bypass (pictured) will not be on the agenda. The first meeting will be March 27th at 1 p.m. at the VDOT facility on Observatory Hill.
