State Police have made another arrest following the recent death of Nelson County resident Kevin Wayne Quick. Agency spokeswoman Corinne Geller says 22-year-old Anthony L. White of Mineral faces a felony charge of gang participation. She says White was taken into custody without incident Sunday in Louisa County. Meanwhile, three people who face different felony charges linked to Quick’s death are scheduled to have their first court appearance Monday. They are 22-year-old Danville native Gert Wright (who’s also known as Halisi Uhuru), 49-year-old Leslie Casterlow of Manassas, and 31-year-old Anthony Darnell Stokes, Jr. of Manassas. Geller says the trio will communicate to a judge in Goochland County General District Court thanks to a hookup from a jail in Henrico County.
