Virginia Falls Short In Overtime At Maryland 75-69

Despite 14 points from London Perrantes and 15 from Anthony Gill, Virginia was unable to overcome a Maryland surge in overtime losing 75-69 at the Comcast Center.  Virginia trailed by 2 with less than 3 seconds to play when Anthony Gill hit a short jumper to force overtime, but Maryland outscored UVA 11-5 in the extra session and snapped Virginia’s 13 game ACC winning streak.
