Virginia Wants Owners Of Motorcycles Or Mopeds To Get Them Labeled

If someone in your household got a motorcycle or moped for Christmas, Virginia has a program that makes that new vehicle less appealing to thieves. The DMV and the State Police wants new owners to get Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) labeling. Sunni Brown of the DMV says every car or truck carries a federally assigned unique VIN. Brown says VIN labeling does not change the appearance of your vehicle. She says you can hardly see it, but thieves know right where to look.
