UVA Learns Tournament Opponent Following Noon Game

The Cavalier Men’s Basketball Team will not have to wait long to find out their opponent today.  Virginia will play the winner of the Maryland vs Florida State game which takes place at noon today.  Virginia guard Justin Anderson talked with WINA about the mindset the Cavaliers need to have going into tomorrow’s game.  ” You stay hungry and you stay angry…Wichita State used that, you know play angry and I like that a lot because its a competitive game and people are out there trying to take your heart out so you have to make sure you match the intensity and I think we are doing a great job of doing that.”

Wake Forest defeats Notre Dame 81-69, will play Pitt today at 2pm.

Miami defeats Virginia Tech 57-53, will play NC State tonight at 7pm.

Georgia Tech defeats Boston College in OT 73-30, will play Clemson tonight at 9pm.
