Project Love: Hope Community Center is taking the opportunity of Valentines to share a bit of "LOVE" in the community and with the people they work with. Refugees, Homeless and Children will all be given Cupcakes on Feb 12 as a little reminder that we are a community and that they are loved. Cupcakes will be delivered across the city to Homeless Soup Kitchens, HOPE 4 Kids After School Program, and to Abundant Life Ministries. Refugees will also be given cupcakes, as this is for many their first time ever to celebrate a Valentines Day in the US.
The project is aimed directly at the "HEART" of us all. A chance to share a smile with a cupcake and let someone know they are loved.
HOPE is partnering with Lite Rock Z95.1 to deliver the cupcakes Friday (2/12/10) afternoon.
Sherry Taylor will be helping Hope deliver those cupcakes and we need your help. We need cupcakes and your time. We’re going to need a minimum of 200 cupcakes to deliver on the 12th. Help support Project Love and the Hope Center along with Lite Rock Z95.1.
Cupcakes need to be in no later than Friday morning the 12th at 12 noon.
